We had a really nice time at the log inn! The location is super, just a short walk to the waterfront and lotsa good restaurants. The breakfast was actually good, with plenty of choices to start the day off right. Loved the comfy room we had, and the wooden decor gives off such a cool vibe. Staff were friendly and super helpful, makin us feel welcome!

The cleaning service was a bit inconsistent, sometimes our room wasn't done till late.

There was the particularly nice breakfast, truly enjoyed the location.

The stay was absolutely fantastic. Check in was early, hotel was attractive, locations was INCREDIBLE in the area for the money we paid. We booked unique and perfect room with a sleeper couch, variety of places to relax, as example.

Extras like climate control, a work desk and a couch bed were appreciated. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Wimpy that was only 15 minutes' walk away. We will be back if the opportunity arises.

First of all the staff was just absolutely wonderful and attentive to all our needs. Everything was super clean and comfortable. Even though we did not have supper at the hotel the prices were very reasonable in comparison to other restaurants. I will most definitely return again for a stay at the Knysna Log-Inn Hotel.

We just found that the bar prices were quite expensive.....

I was completely blown away by the kindness of the staff towards my frail mother. They were always smiling, always patient. And when I requested a feather pillow, it was on my bed in 10 minutes. I was impressed.
